Terms & Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Webi Creative ("we," "us," "our") to you as the client ("you," "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

Webi Creative provides web design and related digital services as outlined in your accepted quote or proposal. Any additional services outside the agreed scope may incur further charges.


2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your project.

  • The remaining 50% is due prior to the website going live or upon completion.

  • Payments must be made via the method specified in your invoice.

  • Late payments may delay project delivery and may incur a late fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all content, imagery, and branding assets in a timely manner.

  • Review and approve work promptly.

  • Ensure all information provided is accurate and lawful.

4. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may be charged at an hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the design draft.


5. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates only. Delays in client feedback or content submission may result in project delays.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel the project after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • If we have completed more than 50% of the project work, additional fees may apply.

  • Webi Creative reserves the right to cancel a project and refund any remaining amount at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Final designs become your property once full payment is received.

  • Webi Creative retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Website Hosting & Domain

Unless otherwise stated, hosting and domain registration are your responsibility. We can assist in setup but are not liable for third-party hosting issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webi Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. We are not responsible for any loss of data or business interruptions.

10. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support is provided for 1 week to fix bugs or small edits. Ongoing maintenance is not included unless a separate package is agreed upon.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
